THE 14TH YEAR IN A ROW, THE PIEDMONT INTERSTATE FAIR WINS ANOTHER AWARD!
The Piedmont Interstate Fair received the “Best Display Using a Unique Form or Fair Theme” award at the 2019 GA/SC Association of Agricultural Fairs Convention.
Artists Stephen Long and Jeremy Kemp accepted the assignment to beautify the 73-year-old front gates of the Piedmont Interstate Fairgrounds just before the 2018 Fair. The finished product was unforgettable. Not only is this a historic mural, but it also has an amazing color show that reflects the feel and look of a county fair! The Piedmont Interstate Fair certainly “put on a fair face” for future fairs!
