Held at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center on October 1st, The 50 Fastest Growing Companies in South Carolina recognition brought together movers and shakers from businesses that significantly contribute to the state’s economy.
The event, which celebrated its 23rd anniversary this year, has been essential in recognizing the efforts of South Carolina’s companies in propelling the state’s economy to new heights. Companies that have consistently shown amazing growth in their revenue and employee count over the past three years were lauded in this celebrated event.
Here’s a fresh piece of information for you – as many as 20 companies that did not make the list last year soared in their respective trajectories and were included in this year’s recognition list. The top three winners this year were Integer Technologies, Robbins Construction, and QuicksortRx, heroes that have displayed incredible year-on-year growth.
The Top Companies Explained
Flying high on the list, Integer Technologies claimed the top spot with an astounding 268.8 percent growth. Hot on their heels, QuicksortRx grabbed the number two spot with 95.5 percent growth, followed closely by Robbins Construction showcasing 76.2 percent growth.

Many other companies wearing various industry hats made it on the prestigious list, proving their mettle and redefining success. Nexus Flooring, based out of Rock Hill and with a year-on-year growth of 67 percent, clinched the fourth spot. Red Lab Logistics, a logistics and consulting service from Charleston, seized the fifth position with a growth of 62.5 percent.

Eligibility and Selection Process
For a company to be eligible for this prestigious recognition, it must be headquartered in South Carolina, have operated for at least three years, and expressed revenues exceeding $3 million in the last fiscal year. The selection process for these companies involves calculating their combined year-over-year growth of revenue and employee count over the past three years – fame that is truly earned.
