Biscuitville Fresh Southern, the popular Southern food chain, has opened the doors of its third restaurant in the Upstate area on Tuesday, July 23, located at 4441 Highway 9 in Boiling Springs. This is the eighth outlet in the Palmetto State, demonstrating Biscuitville’s continued commitment to offering their fresh, scratch-made biscuits and other Southern culinary delights to the South Carolina populace.
The initial day in Boiling Springs featured a grand opening from 8 a.m. until noon. Aside from the delightful biscuit bona fide, a bonus attraction was the announcement of ten lucky “free breakfast for a year” contest winners. Wrapping up the exciting debut was a ribbon-cutting ceremony held at 2:15 p.m.
Over the past year, Biscuitville has ventured into new territories, setting up outlets at 940 W. Wade Hampton Blvd. in Greer and 1679 E. Main St. in Duncan. The Boiling Springs restaurant will accompany the existing outlets in Duncan and Greer, Indian Land, Hartsville, two Columbia locations, and Florence as the eighth South Carolina installation.
Originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, Biscuitville Fresh Southern is a family-owned business that started its journey in 1966 and has since expanded to over 80 restaurant locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Synonymous with the ” Home of Biscuit Window,” , the restaurant chain believes in recreating the Southern taste with locally-sourced ingredients. Biscuits are freshly produced every 15 minutes, making the restaurant a breakfast favorite among many. Their menu also includes muffins, pancakes, and more delights, exuding an authentic Southern vibe.
In the exciting “free breakfast for a year” prize draw, applicants had to complete an online form before the grand opening on Tuesday, July 23. The ten victors were selected randomly and announced at the Boiling Springs outlet at 4441 Highway 9. A fantastic opportunity for biscuit-enthusiasts, the contest garnered significant attention among the locals.
With their expansion into Boiling Springs, Biscuitville Fresh Southern further solidifies its presence in South Carolina. The brand’s commitment to serve hot, fresh, Southern food using locally sourced ingredients continues to woo the locals and visitors alike. The new opening further represents Biscuitville’s firm belief in keeping the Southern taste alive and offering its patrons a place to enjoy a hearty breakfast in a cozy atmosphere.
