Spartanburg-Based Breakfast Franchise Officially Opens at Mauldin

Spartanburg-Based Breakfast Franchise Officially Opens at Mauldin

On June 17th, 2024, Spartanburg-founded breakfast-brunch-lunch franchise, Eggs Up Grill slated its doors open for patrons at their newest location in Mauldin. Settling into the bustling Golden Strip Shopping Centre, the prestigious breakfast franchise is fired up to dish out hearty portions of your morning favorites right at 439 North Main St.

Booming Breakfast Business

Eagerly joining the eat-out scene in Mauldin, this particular location marks the illustrious sixth opening under the successful stewardship of Franchise Partner, Conley McIntyre. McIntyre’s stride with Eggs Up Grill began eight years ago in collaboration with his mother. She was the proud owner of an Eggs Up Grill restaurant in Greenville. After her retirement, McIntyre purchased the restaurant and has since been instrumental in representing and growing the brand across the Upstate region. His compelling portfolio already boasts successfully running franchises in Anderson, Powdersville, Simpsonville, and Greenville.

Enthusiastic About Mauldin Community

McIntyre’s keen interest in the progression of Mauldin partnered with his admiration for the community has led him to this latest initiative. According to a recent press release, he was quoted as saying, “I’ve been watching the progress in Mauldin and love this community.” It is also evident in his statement, “We are thrilled to be part of the growth in the area and serve the best breakfast, brunch, and lunch in town” that the Mauldin community will be in for a treat with the opening of Eggs Up Grill.

Facilities and Menu on Offer

The newly opened restaurant, spanning 5,000 square-foot, is optimally designed to foster a homely and comfortable atmosphere for dining. Accommodating up to 150 seats indoors with an additional cozy outdoor patio, the space is versatile. Particularly notable is their private 16-seat dining room, aka “The Coop”, which is acquirable for larger group occasions or community events.

Eggs Up Grill delights Mauldin with a full-service menu that’s served all day. Some of their signature servings include their unique Founder’s Recipe Corned Beef Hash, filled with potatoes and special spices, and made-to-order omelets. Buttery grilled blueberry muffins and classic breakfast dishes add charm to their breakfast offerings. The food journey continues with croissant-style donuts, burgers, melts, salads for lunch and even more. The Mauldin location also brings to the table Eggs Up Grill exclusives like chicken fried steak and eggs, and a chicken fried steak benedict.

Striding Towards An Egg-xtraordinary Future

Eggs Up Grill is continuing on a path of aggressive expansion. With locations peppered across the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, Texas, and Mississippi, this Spartanburg-rooted breakfast franchise is enhancing its footprint at a fast pace. The franchise now has more than 100 additional outlets in development or lined up to launch within the next decade.
