Shining a Light on Sinclair’s Stellar Career
Sinclair’s stellar career in human resources spans multiple sectors, including lodging, cruise and travel, and insurance industries. Quite notably, she spent almost two decades at Farmers Insurance, where she rose through the ranks, finally serving as the AVP of Human Resources. Following her stint at Farmers Insurance, Sinclair ascended to executive-level roles at several prestigious firms such as Princess Cruises, Buckle Insurance, and MCR Hotels, where she most recently held the position of VP, Human Resources.
Known for her knack for innovation and ability to lead diverse teams through periods of complex transformation and growth, Sinclair has emerged as a trusted thought partner in the industry. She is celebrated for her ability to implement HR initiatives that yield significant results for businesses of all sizes.
Building further on her credibility, Sinclair holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Texas Tech University, along with a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certificate from HRCI.
