The 2024 season initially seemed grim for the ETSU squad who had managed only one conference win till Thursday and were struggling under the weight of being four games under .500. However, even the toughest fields sometimes bloom the most vibrant flowers. And bloom they did, in a grand style, cruising to a 3-0 win against Wofford.

The beginning of the game saw ETSU breaking free of the shackles that had bound them over the past few matches. After a dry spell of just one goal over the past three games, the girls picked up the pace in no time. With first-half goals from Reagan Fitzgerald and Jada Cooper, ETSU had indeed arrived.
