Reviving Melodies: Lonestar Marks 30th Anniversary with Flat Out Tune Fest!

Hey folks in Spartanburg! Are you ready for some good old country music that takes you back through the years? Well, we have some fantastic news for you! The ACM, CMA, and Billboard award-winning group, Lonestar are geared up to add a dash of melody to your lives. The one-of-a-kind, charismatic group, which turned 30 in 2022, is composed of the talented Dean Sams, Michael Britt, Keech Rainwater, and Drew Womack.

Incredible Achievements Through The Years

Since their dynamite launch in 1995, Lonestar has been unstoppable. With a whopping ten million albums sold that are RIAA-certified, they’ve been setting records and winning hearts with their harmony and soul-touching music. The band has an enviable stash of ten #1 country hits. This includes crowd favorites like “No News,” “Come Crying To Me,” and “I’m Already There.”

A Crossover Hit That Broke Records

One particular fan-favorite track that deserves a special mention is their crossover tune “Amazed.” This musical wonder not only topped the Country charts but made its mark on the Billboard Hot 100. The last time a record achieved this was way back in 1983 with “Islands in the Stream.” Does that tell you how amazing “Amazed” is?

Shining Moments

With such popularity and record-breaking hits, it’s only natural that the band has racked up numerous awards. Lonestar bagged the ‘Top New Vocal Group’ awarded by the ACM in 1996. Their sensational song “Amazed” won the ‘Single of The Year’ award in 1999, and the song also declared ‘Song of The Year,’ what an achievement! In 2001 and 2002, they were the recipients of the ‘Vocal Group of The Year’ and ‘Top Vocal Group,’ acclaimed by CMA and ACM, respectively.

Celebrating Over 25 years in Music

An average of 80 worldwide concerts a year and having weathered the music industry for over 25 years, Lonestar is a force you can’t ignore. This Friday, November 8th, the band is set to light up the stage at the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium at 8 pm. Don’t miss it!
