Following a long-anticipated wait, the County of Gaffney finally awarded its prominent public works facility project to Sossamon Construction. The project, valued at $4.8 million, aims to renovate the former Broad River Electric Coop headquarters. Sossamon Construction was selected among the four companies that responded to the Requests for Qualifications. Other companies responded included P&F Construction and Hogan from Easley, and Liles.
